Turnover basket machine introduction:

T he pallet washing machine is a cleaning equipment that integrates cleaning, degreasing and

disinfection designed for various types of turnover baskets. The equipment is easy to operate and

has stable performance. The nozzle adopts food-grade high temperature resistant plastic nozzle or

stainless steel nozzle. The cleaning angle is adjustable. Different models are used for up and
down, left and right to avoid dead corners and ensure cleanliness. The cleaning room is equipped
with movable waterproof doors on both sides, and the two ends enter the basket. The mouth is
sealed and waterproof with a soft curtain, which is convenient for cleaning and repairing
equipment at any time. It is an indispensable ideal cleaning equipment for food processing
enterprises.

Turnover basket machine cleaning process:

The basket to be cleaned is transported to the cleaning machine by a stainless steel chain. The
cleaning is divided into three stages: the first stage is hot alkaline water, the second stage is hot
clean water, and the third stage is tap water. In addition to the tap water in the third stage, the
three-stage spray water has an independent circulating filter water tank. The third-stage tap water
is recycled as supplementary water to the second-stage water tank after heating and used, and part
of the sewage is automatically discharged. The second stage water tank is equipped with a steam
heating pipe, the temperature is freely set from normal temperature to 100°C, and the temperature
is automatically constant.
The cleaning design of the whole machine adopts three-stage cleaning with four-sided spraying.
The first stage is alkaline water cleaning, and the water temperature is kept at about 80°C, which
can effectively remove oily impurities. The second stage is cleaned with 80°C water for a second
time to thoroughly clean the turnover basket. The third stage is natural disinfection water, which
sterilizes and disinfects the turnover basket and the turnover box.
The basket washing machine is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, and the operation mode
adopts the shaft chain operation, which can effectively ensure the smooth operation of the product
and the uniform and thorough cleaning surface. While ensuring that the turnover basket is cleaned,
it can effectively remove the dirt on the surface of the turnover basket, avoiding contact with the
product during use and regenerating bacteria.

Turnover basket machine features:

3. The electrical waterproofing is set up to prevent the equipment from being burnt out due to
